Time in Elanthia

Delgareth was very interested in the time and seasons in Elanthia. He did a lot of extensive research, and he gave me a script that he made that I could use In-game for time. I'm providing his information here. The information found here are based on IG reference books as well as time-invested research by Delgareth. I don't know how accurate the time is, but it's worked for me, more or less. :)

• Elanthian Time = Earth Time
• The Elanthian Years
• The Elanthian Months
• The Elanthian Hours (RL time schedule)

1 roisaen  = 1 Earth minute
1 hour      = 15 Earth minutes
1 anlas     = 30 Earth minutes (or 2 elanthian hours)
1 day       = 6 Earth hours
1 andu     = 1 Earth day      (or 4 elanthian days)
1 month   = 10 Earth days

(For Traders' Contracts: 1 andu = 6 hours)

Sorenne's Note:
- There is an acknowledged ANDU discrepency between the ig time reference book and the traders guild's contracts. When this will be fixed, I do not know.

- Do not forget to minus an hour to the time schedule for post Daylight Savings Time.
- You'll note there are various sunrise/sunset times listed in the schedule. This is because Elanthia's day and night system varies as the seasons change. So it's not EXACTLY 4 elanthian days per 1 RL day all year round.
(Only Delgareth could figure out the exact times based on this schedule. I'm forever confused, but I was able to do an estimate.) :)
